Easter Island

Is over 2,000 miles from the population center which is around Haiti and Chile which cause this Island to be one of the most secluded islands in South America.Out and around the Island their are huge sculptures carved out of rock and wood known as the the Moai.

Ferdinand Magellan set out for a better way to sail to the far east . The sail was much longer then he thought . He went right near Argentina and what is now the Straight of Magellan. He made it home to Spain in only three years with only ninteen men.

On the full moon it is said that you will hear cries out by this frozen lake people believe the cries are from the soul of Inca Illi Yungui who wanders around across Princess Kora-Lie's tomb.
